Holistic support for solo entrepreneurs & their businesses—inspired by the bees.

What do business, bees & burnout have in common?

Between June 2024 and early 2025, 62-75% of all commercial beehives in the United States collapsed. That accounts for over 1.6 million beehives in American agriculture. During that time, around the same percentage of the American workforce said they were burned out. Over 50% of entrepreneurs feel the same. Why?

Hi, I’m Amber Hargroder—a beekeeper, herbalist, business advisor, and burnout expert. I’ve spent over a decade working with startups, small businesses, non-profits, publicly traded companies, and luxury brands, all while studying the healing abilities of Nature.

Now, using the honeybee as a teacher and guide, I help solo entrepreneurs build businesses without sacrificing their health. Because, after studying American burnout at scale, I’ve realized that what’s killing the bees is also what’s burning us out.

Calling all crunchy mamas, intuitive healers, side hustle masters, and anyone who feels like their soul will die if they stay in corporate for a moment longer…you’re in the right place.

    My Mission

I don’t believe that this is as good as it gets, or that you should settle for a paycheck even though it costs your soul. I don’t believe that you should stay in any kind of relationship that dims your light, demands you bite your tongue, or forces you to silently suffer. I don’t believe in sucking it up to save face or stock options. And I don’t believe in “paying your dues” for a role you don’t absolutely love. Instead, I believe in being true to yourself, and following your intuition, even when its awkward or uncomfortable. I believe in the power of passion, of following your true path, and living by example for everyone around you—that you can be yourself, that you can be successful, and that you can make a difference in this world, even if it feels small.

Unfortunately, these are radical ideas in some circles; but that’s also why the honeybee is dying.

In far too many hives across the United States, the honeybee is prevented from living authentically. What can be a magical creature that transforms sunlight and nectar into medicine, humming with the vibrations of harmony, unity, and collective consciousness, has instead been reduced to a vibration of confusion, misery, and burnout. That’s the energy they infuse into their honey, and the energy we consume. We’re so far removed from the wild bees, that we have forgotten the wild taste. And in the process, we have forgotten ourselves.

My mission is to help us return to authenticity through the study of Nature. But my specific lens is through the realm of business, because it is only by changing the culture that we can actually change our relationship to the world in which we live. And there is no better way to change the culture than to support the solo entrepreneurs, the small business owners, the mamas on a mission, and the individuals who deeply wish to help others skip the suffering they themselves have endured. It is through this collective action that we can raise the collective consciousness of our world, and truly make it a better place for generations to come.

I strongly believe that the answers to our biggest problems won’t be found through the advice of Harvard MBAs who only think in terms of ratios and cutting costs, but by the big thinkers who care about people, quality, and health—both on a physical level as well as a vibrational one. And I am here to provide the tools each individual needs in this collective pursuit to ensure that we see clearly, move forward with intention, and truly succeed—for our families, ourselves, and our world.

If you’re interested, I invite you to start with the masterclass for greater awareness, purchase a Hive Check for deeper clarity, or choose B-Harmony Business School to build something truly remarkable. Because there is a better way to do business, and it starts with realizing that we’re all connected in this world, from the humble honeybee to the successful entrepreneur.

The future is in your hands.

Build something that feeds your soul.
